How long do I have to claim and use my Free Purchase Reward?
You must choose your Free Experience by 31st October 2026 Each reward then has its own booking/validity timings, see Reward Choices page for details. For any queries in relation to your application please email hello@omodajaecooreward.co.uk and we'll get back to you within 5 working days.

After I have applied for my chosen Purchase, when will I receive it?
Should you choose the Prepaid Fuel Card you can expect to receive this in the post within 14 working days. Should you choose the Hotel Stay or Days Outs reward you will receive an email with a voucher code and how to use instructions within i5 working days. For the Free Experience you will be contacted by the bookings team within 14 working days.

What if I misplace my reward email containing my unique claim code?
Email us at hello@omodajaecooreward.co.uk and we’ll look to resend to you within 5 working days.

How do I use my Free Purchase Reward?
Your unique claim code (emailed to you after the VIP Event end date) will be emailed to you together with how to use instructions. You will be able to use the unique code to choose your preferred Reward and provide your booking preferences/required details for it.

What if I need to cancel my chosen Reward booking?
Booking cancellations/postponements vary by Reward and provider, you will be advised of the cancellation term at time of booking.
