Free Experience Offer - Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Free Experience offers ("Promotion") provided by JAECOO UK to eligible customers.
Offer Details:

  • Purchase a new JAECOO model between 19th – 22nd February 2026 for Free Experience reward, at participating retailers.
  • Subject to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility: To qualify for the Promotion, you must meet the following conditions (collectively referred to as the "Eligibility Criteria"):

  • Be a resident of the UK.
  • Retail customers only – excludes business users, leasing, and Motability customers and JAECOO UK Ltd employees, dealers, it’s agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of this promotion. 
  • Purchase and register a JAECOO between 19th February 2026 – 22nd February 2026, at participating retailers.
  • Be the registered keeper of the vehicle.
  • Be the person purchasing or financing (as applicable) the vehicle.

The Reward: 

  • Free Experiences reward entitles an eligible customer to choose from one of six different Experiences, as follows:
    • 2-Night Hotel Stay for two adults, B&B, with dinner (main course) on one night; or two adults and two children under 12, B&B only
    • Tank Driving Experience (up to two adults or one adult & one child aged 8+)
    • Tandem Skydive (one adult)
    • Hot Air Ballon Flight (up to two adults)
    • Gorge Walking (up to four persons, children must be 8+)
    • Afternoon Tea (up to four persons)

 

Reward Redemption:

Free Experience

  • Eligible customers will receive a dedicated reward email within 10 working days after the qualifying period (22nd February 2026).
  • The reward email will contain a link to a dedicated reward site and a unique code enabling customers to choose their preferred experience no later than 30th June 2026.
  • Customers choosing the Hotel Stay experience will receive a voucher code and link to hotel partner site, enabling them to make a reservation by 30th September 2026 and stay by 30th November 2026.
  • Customers choosing either Tank Driving, Tandem Skydive, Hot Air Balloon Ride, Gorge Walking or Afternoon Tea are also required complete to complete the online booking form by 30th June 2026 for experiences to be taken by 30th November 2026. Customer will be contacted via email, within 14 days of submitting the online booking form, with options for their preferred experience, date and location.

Free Experience

  • Only one Experience reward will be issued per vehicle purchase.
  • Hotel Experience Reward;
    • The hotel break voucher is not valid for bookings over public or bank holiday weekends/periods.
    • Hotel bookings are strictly subject to promotional availability. If you are unable to find a suitable option online, the countryhotelbreaks.com reservations team can assist you directly.
    • Alternative hotel stay packages may be offered by countryhotelbreaks.com; supplements may apply at some participating hotels. Participating hotels are subject to change without notice.
    • Upon confirmation of a booking, you will receive a booking confirmation from countryhotelbreaks.com to the email address provided.
    • Booking cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations within 7 days will result in forfeiture of the voucher. No cash refunds apply.
  • Alternative Experience Rewards:
    • Experiences not valid for booking over public or bank holiday weekend/periods.
    • Experience bookings are strictly subject to promotional availability and seasonality.
    • Individual experiences vary in geographical spread and number of available venues. Depending on the chosen experience customers will be subject to travel up to one hour or more to take advantage of a chosen reward.
    • Number of experience participants will vary by location and venue. Depending on the chosen experience, experience will be with a group of other participants.
    • The Tank Driving, Tandem Skydive, Hot Air Balloon Flight and Gorge Walking experiences may be subject to age, weight, height or health restrictions. Claimants should consult their doctor prior to confirming a booking, on their medical fitness suitability to participate in a chosen experience.
    • The duration of a chosen experience will vary depending on the chosen location/venue. Tank Experience will be a minimum of 20 minutes driving time. The Tandem Skydive experience will be from a minimum of 10,000 feet. Hot Air Balloon Flight will last of a minimum of 60 minutes in a shared basket of up to 16 persons. Gorge Walking is a minimum of 120 minutes. Afternoon Tea to last for a minimum of 90 minutes, food and drinks menu varies by location.
    • Experiences subject to the providers individual t’s and c’s, with whom the booking is made and can be provided at time of booking.
    • All experience bookings and cancellations are subject to the operator’s standard terms and conditions with whom the booking is made.

General Offer Terms

  • The Promoter reserves the right to: Delay, postpone, cancel or terminate early the Promotion; Replace the Promotion with a similar or lesser offer (as determined by the Promoter), in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, which it considers make it necessary for it to do so. If the Promotor exercises these rights, it will make available another offer on similar terms to the Promotion.
  • The promoter and its agents cannot be held responsible for the quality or availability of products, service or featured experiences. Any disputes must be taken up with the reward provider directly.
